UPDATE
As of August 2025, I am accepting new clients!

Hello and welcome.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington providing psychotherapy services across the state.

My greatest treasure is working with college students and young adults making their way into the world. I also love working with individuals struggling with infertility or going through fertility treatments. I am passionate about helping these groups get to know their inherent worth, trust their inner wisdom, and find their true center.

My therapeutic approach integrates experiential, relational, and insight-oriented theories. I primarily use attachment theory, emotion-focused theory, psychodynamic theory, and feminist theory, with an emphasis on exploring how early relationships, emotional patterns, social systems, and lived experiences contribute to current concerns. I aim to create a collaborative and affirming space where clients can experience new ways of relating to themselves and to others.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. I don’t give out advice or quick fixes, but I do offer a secure, non-judgmental space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Prioritizing therapeutic safety, I’ll gently help you notice themes and patterns, and together we will build new ways of showing up for yourself and in your relationships with more clarity and compassion. I will honor your experiences and you will feel heard and understood, even though we may have walked different paths.

Commitment to Inclusive Care
As a licensed mental health counselor, I uphold the ethical standards outlined by the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC), including a firm commitment to non-discrimination, client dignity, and cultural responsiveness.
I welcome individuals of all races, ethnicities, national origins, gender identities, sexual orientations, faiths, abilities, body sizes, and relationship structures. I approach this work through a lens of cultural advocacy. I also approach therapy with cultural humility, recognizing that therapy does not exist in a vacuum, and that systems of power, privilege, and oppression profoundly impact mental health.
I am committed to ongoing learning, advocacy, and consultation to ensure that my practice remains a safe, affirming, and justice-oriented space for all individuals.
