I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can get a sense of whether we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.
Rates
Intake/Initial Session- $185
Ongoing Session Fees- $160
As I believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to quality mental health care, I also offer a sliding scale through Open Path.

Insurance & Access
I am in-network with the following insurance companies:
– Premera Blue Cross
– Lifewise
– First Choice Health
Please call your insurance provider to verify benefits.
I can provide a superbill for possible out of network reimbursement. Be sure to check your plan for out-of-network benefits.
Using insurance benefits for therapy is a personal choice. Please note you are always welcome to choose to pay privately and not utilize insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged a $60 fee.

Cash, Credit Card, HSA/FSA or check accepted for payment at the time of service.
